Title: Financial Controller
Company: Morgan Records Management
Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, United States
Dominic Lander, controller at Morgan Records Management, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in accounting.
Mr. Lander discovered he was talented with money and balancing figures at a young age. While taking an accounting class in high school, he received praise from teachers and was encouraged to consider a career in that field. As one family member reminded Mr. Lander as he was considering what path to pursue, “Regardless of how much money exists, we’ll always need someone to manage it.” With that in mind, he has now devoted 10 years to the accounting world, quickly establishing himself as an esteemed figure with the abilities to back up his ambitions.
Kicking off his professional life in 2015, Mr. Lander completed a finance accounting internship with Parkland Medical Center. He later contributed as an accounts receivable specialist at C Squared Systems, an associate at Albin, Randall & Bennett, and an accounting associate at Bigelow & Company CPA PC. Mr. Lander held the position of senior accountant at Minim for a year. His career progressed notably when he took on the role of financial controller with Pro Star Aviation in 2023.
Since 2025, Mr. Lander has served as the financial controller for Morgan Records Management. This company acts as a custodian of medical records, taking on records when a doctor retires or a hospital or clinic are unable to maintain the records for any reason. Morgan Records Management securely stores and maintains these important files for the legally required duration, offering patients and other doctors a means of accessing them. As the financial controller for the organization, Mr. Lander handles all budgets, balance sheets and financial reporting. He also explores potential opportunities for future growth for the company.
Before venturing onto his vocational path, Mr. Lander sought a solid education that he could depend on in his endeavors. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University in 2019. Subsequently, Mr. Lander earned a Master of Science in accounting from the same institution in 2020. While studying at Southern New Hampshire University, he won the Signature Leadership Award. Mr. Lander was nominated by faculty for this accolade and was among only 10 to 20 students chosen for the honor from a pool of over 100. As part of the award, he was able to attend a leadership retreat with other selected students, adding further to the skills that would prove essential to his success.
Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Lander takes pride in participating in fundraisers for causes he believes in. Most notably, he founded Reaper’s Cornhole in 2022. Through this nonprofit organization, Mr. Lander holds cornhole tournaments that raise money for the National Brain Tumor Society. He became interested in cornhole as a young adult and has discovered and fostered a large community of players who particularly enjoy using the game to raise money for a good cause. Mr. Lander also ensures that these events are inclusive and appropriate for players of all ages and skill levels. He has also participated in fundraisers for The Community Children’s Fund.
Outside of his career, Mr. Lander enjoys spending his time tinkering and playing basketball. Planning for the future, he is committed to his current responsibilities, in particular aiming to continue his progress at Morgan Records Management. Alongside that goal, Mr. Lander hopes to further grow Reaper’s Cornhole, increasing the impact of his nonprofit and charity efforts. He ultimately aspires to step into the role of chief financial officer, chief operating officer or chief executive officer.
