Sneha Irrinki, director of information technology (IT) at Charter Communications, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in information technology.
Building on 20 years of professional success, Ms. Irrinki has served as the director of IT at Charter Communications since 2022. She additionally fills the role of director of software development planning and delivery at Spectrum, a brand owned by Charter. Ms. Irrinki’s responsibilities include managing projects, vendor relationships and budgets. She also focuses on mentorship and making the company a better place by running the employee survey committee. Ms. Irrinki collaborates with the human resources department to assist with hiring and immigration issues. She initially joined Spectrum in 2017 as a senior manager of business intelligence data audit strategy.
Prior to shifting to Charter Communications, Ms. Irrinki was associated with Time Warner Cable for 10 years, starting as a senior extract, transform, load (ETL) developer in 2007. In this position, she played a key role in how the organization collected, managed and utilized data. Recognized for her contributions to Time Warner Cable, Ms. Irrinki was promoted to development lead and then senior architect. Her IT career kicked off in 2005 as an IT consultant with Savantis Solutions LLC (formerly Vedicsoft).
Prior to embarking upon her professional journey, Ms. Irrinki set a strong foundation through her education in her home country of India. She first obtained a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Andhra University. Subsequently, Ms. Irrinki earned a master’s degree in computer science applications from the same institution. Committed to lifelong learning, she has further solidified her credentials through training and lessons. Ms. Irrinki is certified in project management essentials, physical database design, and artificial intelligence (AI) applications. In 2024, she completed an executive education class in AI business strategies through the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Ms. Irrinki regularly contributes time and resources to causes she is passionate about. She has volunteered in various capacities for her local elementary school and other community activities, as well as with the Future Business Leaders of America. Ms. Irrinki has worked to uplift others as a facilitator and teacher with Science Olympiad Inc. She supports the Festival of India Association, which puts on Diwali celebrations that honor her Indian heritage, and The Women in Cable Telecommunications Network, which provides guidance and resources to women in her field.
Noted for her achievements in the field, Ms. Irrinki has been the subject of numerous accolades. While working with Time Warner Cable in 2014, she was given an Exceptional Rating and was recognized as an MVP for the company. Ms. Irrinki won the Dale Carnegie Student Award in 2019, the Business Intelligence Award for onboarding applications in 2020 and a Make a Difference Coin in 2024 in recognition of her leadership. She considers these achievements to be her greatest accomplishments and evidence of her success.
In addition to her career, Ms. Irrinki is a devoted wife and a loving mother to one child. Outside of work, she relaxes by painting, drawing, decorating her home, watching movies and teaching others. In the years ahead, Ms. Irrinki aims to grow into a position of even more leadership and responsibility within Charter Communications. While fostering her professional growth and continuing to care for her family, she also hopes to publish an audiobook sharing her story of how she came to the United States and discovered purpose and prosperity.
