Before establishing himself at Webster Settlement Solutions LLC, Mr. Webster built a distinguished career in military intelligence and public service spanning more than three decades in the U.S. Army and the Army National Guard and culminating in his retirement as a lieutenant colonel. After serving active duty from 1987 to 1994, he held multiple roles, including leading an intelligence fusion cell at Joint Force Headquarters in Florida from 2002 to 2004. In subsequent years, Mr. Webster excelled as a seaport security inspector, squadron intelligence officer, and S2-brigade intelligence officer for the 53rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team. As the longest-standing intelligence officer for the Florida National Guard, he became the senior intelligence official in a newly created position, advising the adjutant general and staff on critical matters during significant events such as hurricanes, storms, disasters and civil unrest. In more recent years, Mr. Webster served as deputy chief of staff for intelligence (G2) at Joint Force Headquarters for the United States Army and Army National Guard, where he was responsible for driving intelligence and security requirements to support mission success between 2021 and 2024.
During his years in the military, Mr. Webster spent several years as a case manager at Hill & Ponton PA, a law firm specializing in disability law, from 1995 to 2001. In this capacity, he managed disability cases from initial filing through appeals hearings, gaining valuable insight into the challenges faced by clients recovering from serious injuries. This perspective continues to inform Mr. Webster’s work today.
Mr. Webster’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Florida Metropolitan University in Orlando, Florida, awarded in 2007, followed by a Master of Arts in intelligence studies with a focus on intelligence and security from American Military University in Charles Town, West Virginia, in 2012. To further enhance his expertise, Mr. Webster completed advanced operations coursework at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College between 2022 and 2023. Apart from his formal education, he received a graduate certificate in intelligence analysis from American Military University between 2018 and 2021 and a graduate certificate in security leadership from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency between 2021 and 2023.

Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his exemplary service by receiving a Meritorious Service Medal and the Florida Cross Service Award presented by the Adjutant General.
