Mike Rogers Jr., MBA, Regional Leader for Human Resources at Lineage, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements and leadership in Human Resources and Supply Chain Management.

Mr. Rogers has established a distinguished career in human resources and supply chain management, marked by progressive leadership roles and a commitment to organizational excellence. Since 2023, he has served as a regional leader of human resources at Lineage, a leading temperature-controlled industrial REIT and integrated solutions provider, where he works closely with executive leaders and business partners on workforce planning and analytics. In this capacity, Mr. Rogers has played a pivotal role in revamping the organizational structure, driving strategic initiatives that have significantly enhanced operational efficiency.

Initially acquired by Lineage in 2019, Mr. Rogers joined the organization as a project manager. Quickly advancing, he became a project manager II in 2020, a senior manager of global compensation and workforce strategy in 2021, and a senior manager of human resources and workforce strategy.

Before his tenure at Lineage, Mr. Rogers was employed at Plastipak, beginning as a project manager for business and process improvement in 2018, leading cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and enhance productivity. He then transitioned into the role of supply planning manager from 2018 to 2019, where he oversaw critical aspects of supply chain operations and contributed to process improvements.

Between 2016 and 2018, Mr. Rogers advanced supply chain and demand planning initiatives at Lippert, an automotive supply company. Earlier, in 2016, he managed international customer logistics at Zimmer Biomet, a global medical technology leader.

Mr. Rogers began his career at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, serving as an inbound/outbound logistics representative from 2012 to 2014, customer logistics representative II between 2014 and 2015, and senior customer logistics representative from 2015 to 2016. In these formative roles, he developed expertise in logistics coordination and customer service excellence.

Mr. Rogers’ academic background has been instrumental in shaping his career trajectory. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in logistics management and marketing from Central Michigan University, completed in 2012, and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University South Bend in 2015. While working toward his undergraduate degree, he gained experience as a transportation intern at GEODIS in 2011.

In addition to his formal education, Mr. Rogers pursued specialized credentials that have further enhanced his expertise. He obtained certification in strategic human resources leadership and in employment law from Cornell University. He also received credentials as a certified change management practitioner through Prosci.

Throughout his career, Mr. Rogers has been an active member of industry organizations, such as Detroit Choro, reflecting his commitment to professional development and networking within the field. Dedicated to civic engagement and philanthropy, he volunteers with Feeding America Drives and serves as a sponsor for JDRF, demonstrating his commitment to giving back to the community.

One of Mr. Rogers’ most notable achievements occurred shortly after joining Lineage. Tasked with reviving a failed technology project during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, he led a successful remote rollout across more than 75 facilities, far surpassing the original target of 45. Mr. Rogers’s efforts not only saved millions in costs but also resulted in the development of a scalable change management plan that remains in use today. This accomplishment earned Mr. Rogers an Employee of the Year award and international recognition for his leadership.

Among other accolades, Mr. Rogers’s innovative approach to business was recognized by Pastipak with the President’s Innovation Award in 2018. Subsequently, he received the Annual X Factor Award in 2021, the Chief Executive Officer Award in 2021, and the Project of the Year award from Lineage in both 2021 and 2022.

Mr. Rogers attributes his success to an inquisitive mindset fostered by consistently asking questions and surrounding himself with talented team members who challenge him to grow. Recognized as a servant leader, he is also known for guiding teams based on their input and motivation rather than seeking the spotlight for himself.
