In 2025, Mr. Boudriga became the co-founder and vice president of Questa eDiscovery. Headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, Questa eDiscovery specializes in streamlining eDiscovery by making complex data review simple, accessible and artificial-intelligence-powered. Before pivoting into entrepreneurship, Mr. Boudriga spent over three decades with CGI Inc., an international information technology services and consulting company. His foundational experience includes serving as a consultant for the Canadian Department of National Defense from 1994 to 1995 and then as a senior consultant for Health Canada’s departmental financial system until 1997. Mr. Boudriga then held principal roles before being named a director of product engineering for the credit and trade service line and for the Advantage enterprise resource planning service line. Between 2014 and 2023, he held the title of director of enterprise quality at CGI Inc., leading performance management initiatives across global business units, before being named as the director of US strategic operations, where he was instrumental in supporting the U.S. Strategic Business Unit’s enterprise resource planning practice, responsible for project management direction.
Mr. Boudriga’s academic background has included a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in engineering from the National Engineering School of Gabes in Gabes, Tunisia, followed by a Master of Science in engineering and applied statistics from the University of Ottawa in Ottawa, Canada. He further enhanced his qualifications with certifications in large-scale project management from American University and software lifecycle management from QSM. These credentials have supported Mr. Boudriga’s ability to manage complex projects and drive continuous improvement.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Boudriga is civically engaged through volunteer work and as a supporter of local schools. He derives a great sense of satisfaction from giving back to initiatives that support his community.
