Active in the industry for over 30 years, Mr. McIntyre served as the senior vice president at Wineteer Construction from 2009 to 2021. During that time, he played a pivotal role in developing the company’s systems and processes, contributing to its expansion from a one-person operation into a thriving enterprise. Mr. McIntyre’s expertise in remodeling, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and creative design became hallmarks of the company’s offerings.
Simultaneously, Mr. McIntyre served as the senior vice president at LifeWise Renovations, now LifewiseCHM and Wineteer Incorporated, between 2010 and 2021. In this position, he contributed to the growth and diversification of services offered by the organization.
Mr. McIntyre owned Millcreek Home Improvement Incorporated from 2002 to 2010, during which he refined his skills in project management and business development within the home improvement sector. Earlier in his career, between 1997 and 2001, he worked as a project manager at Wineteer Incorporated, now Wineteer Construction, where he gained valuable experience overseeing construction projects and managing teams. Mr. McIntyre began his professional journey as an operational foreman at Towncraft Incorporated in 1995. This early experience provided him with foundational knowledge in construction operations and team leadership.
Academically, Mr. McIntyre completed coursework in fine arts and design at Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas. This educational background has informed his approach to creative design within the construction industry. In addition to his academic pursuits, Mr. McIntyre earned the certified aging-in-place specialist designation from the National Association of Home Builders in 2010, further enhancing his ability to serve clients with diverse needs.
Throughout his career, Mr. McIntyre has demonstrated exceptional expertise in remodeling, kitchen and bathroom renovations and creative design. His achievements have been recognized through memberships in prominent industry organizations, such as the National Association of the Remodeling Industry and the Professional Remodeling Collective. He has also served as the chapter president and past chapter vice president of BNI Global LLC, reflecting his commitment to professional networking. Civically engaged, Mr. McIntyre is an active donor to his church and supports various causes through Wineteer Construction.
In light of his success, Mr. McIntyre has been recognized with multiple awards, including as a winner in two categories for Kansas City Favorites by The Kansas City Star & NERUS Strategies LLC in 2024 and 2025, Gold Winner Status for Kansas City Favorites, and, among other accolades, several Remy Awards from Professional Remodeling Collective.
