From 2022 to 2025, Ms. Marcotte served as a senior azure specialist at Microsoft in New York City, where she provided strategic guidance and support to clients navigating complex infrastructure initiatives. Her collaborative approach and ability to align teams around client goals helped organizations streamline operations, strengthen outcomes, and build lasting partnerships.
Between 2020 and 2022, Ms. Marcotte served as director of account management at Leviathan Security Group in Seattle, WA, where she led client engagement and retention strategies across key accounts. She drove revenue growth by deepening client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and aligning services with evolving business needs. Her leadership strengthened the firm’s market position and reinforced its reputation for trusted partnerships and service excellence.
From 2018 to 2020, Ms. Marcotte was vice president of strategic partnerships at The SCE Group in Fort Lee, New Jersey, where she was responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic alliances that supported the company’s long-term objectives. Her work facilitated collaborative ventures that expanded its enterprise partnerships across diverse sectors. From 2011 to 2018, Ms. Marcotte served as director of enterprise services at The SCE Group, where she led client-facing initiatives and drove revenue through strategic account growth and solution development. She built and mentored sales teams, fostered a culture of collaboration and accountability, and worked cross-functionally with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategies. From 2004 to 2011, Ms. Marcotte served as an account manager at Gotham Technology Group, where she cultivated and managed client portfolios through strategic insight, responsiveness, and a relationship-first approach. Her efforts directly supported revenue growth, strengthened client loyalty, and enhanced long-term retention. From 2001 to 2004, she held the marketing director position at Gotham Technology Group, leading marketing campaigns that increased and strengthened brand visibility and deepened market engagement.
Ms. Marcotte began her professional journey as an intern at “The Howard Stern Show” from 2000 to 2001, gaining valuable experience in media production and communications. Prior to that, she interned at Spin Magazine in New York City from 1999 to 2000, where she developed foundational skills in journalism and content creation. These early roles helped shape her storytelling skills and her ability to connect with diverse audiences, strengths that continue to inform her leadership style today.
A passionate advocate for personal and professional development, volunteerism, and community connection, Ms. Marcotte is a founding member of the Bergen County Women’s Professional Network, a sustaining member of the Junior League of Bergen County, and an active supporter of the Holy Name Foundation, The Valley Hospital Foundation’s Women For Health initiative, and Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS).
