Thomas R. Taylor, senior vice president of marketing at isolved, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in marketing.
Since 2007, Mr. Taylor has worked hard to establish himself as a trusted figure in the world of marketing. This journey began as a sales representative and marketing assistant for John Daniel Associates Inc. Quickly proving his skills, Mr. Taylor became the director of marketing and sales at Albensi Dental Laboratories Inc. in 2011. While serving in this capacity, he helped bring the company to a position of national prominence and subsequently guided its acquisition by National Dentex Labs — a process he considers one of the greatest achievements of his professional life.
Following that, Mr. Taylor contributed during short tenures as global marketing manager of aftermarket at FS-Elliott Co. LLC and global marketing manager of digital services at Philips. In 2016, he returned to National Dentex Labs as the director of marketing, focusing on commercial integration, small-to-medium enterprise digital marketing and demand generation.
The culmination of his career experiences thus far, Mr. Taylor joined isolved in 2020 as the director of digital marketing for new business and existing customers. Since then, he has been promoted to senior director of digital marketing, vice president of marketing and finally, his current role, senior vice president of marketing. Additionally, since 2021, Mr. Taylor has been a member of isolved’s executive leadership team. His responsibilities touch on all aspects of sales at the company, with the goal of driving revenue.
Demonstrating his success in this endeavor, Mr. Taylor has overseen incredible growth at isolved. When he joined the company in 2020, it generated approximately $100 million in annual revenue. Just five years later, under Mr. Taylor’s direction, isolved is projected to reach seven times that number by the end of 2025. He prides himself on striving to achieve high targets and considers his time at isolved to be a major highlight of his professional life.
Mr. Taylor’s performance in the field was born of his academic journey. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on marketing from Robert Morris University in 2007. Subsequently, Mr. Taylor earned a master’s degree in business administration and management from Seton Hill University in 2016. He has further bolstered his credentials through certification in market acceleration, unconscious bias, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, communicating across cultures and chief marketing officer duties.
To remain aware of developments affecting his industry, Mr. Taylor has maintained his professional affiliation with a number of pertinent organizations. He has been a member of the American Marketing Association since 2015 and of Pavilion since 2024. Mr. Taylor has served as a guest speaker for the American Marketing Association, giving talks on the topics of marketing and the scaling and acceleration of business growth. He is also a supporter of the Veterans of Foreign Wars organization through his local Post 8430.
Outside of his career, Mr. Taylor is a devoted husband and a loving father to two daughters, ages 11 and 7. When he’s not working, he enjoys renovating his home, golfing and spending time with his family. Looking ahead, Mr. Taylor is eager to continue progressing in his career, aiming to become a chief marketing officer.
