From 1997 to 2001, Ms. Hamilton was an associate project manager at iXL Enterprises Inc. Her early work in the tech industry laid a strong foundation for her later transition into construction and engineering consulting, where she continued to build on her expertise.
In preparation for her future, Ms. Hamilton earned a Bachelor of Arts in English writing from Knox College in 1994. This educational foundation has been instrumental in her ability to communicate effectively and manage complex projects. In 2022, she further enhanced her professional credentials by earning a certification in building business acumen from Acumen Learning.
