In 2025, she began serving in support and sales at ZSoft Technologies Inc., an organization based in Wauchula, Florida, that specializes in software platforms for 4-H programs. In this capacity, Ms. Jeffries has contributed to the company’s client relations and operational efficiency, drawing on her extensive background in technology and communications.

Hired by ZSoft Technologies Inc. in 2021, Ms. Jeffries was a web specialist who provided marketing and operations support to the organization. Her responsibilities included managing digital content and supporting business development initiatives, which further honed her skills in online communication and project management.

Beyond her work at ZSoft Technologies Inc., Ms. Jeffries joined Localization World (LocWorld), Ltd., in 2024, where she continues to make an impact in the roles of online content manager, Process Innovation Challenge co-producer and exhibit manager. Based in Idaho, LocWorld is lauded as the leading conference for international business, translation, localization and global website management. Ms. Jeffries’s work with LocWorld has allowed her to merge her passion for education and technology, particularly as she seeks to elevate the educational focus of the company’s conferences. She recognizes the importance of integrating discussions of artificial intelligence and translation into these events and advocates for greater community engagement within the industry.

From 2011 to 2021, Ms. Jeffries served as a 4-H program specialist at the University of Idaho. During this decade-long tenure, she made her most notable professional contribution by authoring the national 4-H curriculum. This achievement stands as a testament to her expertise in youth development and educational programming. The opportunity to work remotely while traveling not only fostered creativity but also enabled Ms. Jeffries to engage with diverse organizations simultaneously, a dynamic she found deeply rewarding.

Ms. Jeffries’s earlier experience included serving as a 4-H program coordinator with the University of Idaho Extension in Boundary County from 2004 to 2011. In this role, she was instrumental in developing local youth programs and supporting community outreach efforts.

In 2003 and 2004, Ms. Jeffries excelled as the vice president of marketing at Fleet Graphics, Inc., where she led marketing strategies and brand development initiatives for the company’s products and services. Her professional journey began shortly before that with WM Intellectual Property Holdings LLC, where she worked in inside sales and as a sales coordinator between 2000 and 2003. These formative years provided her with foundational experience in client relations and sales operations.

In preparation for her future, Ms. Jeffries pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science in secondary education from the University of Idaho in 1999 and a Master of Science in adult/organizational learning and leadership from the University of Idaho in 2014. In addition to her degrees, she holds a certificate in human resource development from the University of Idaho, which she also earned in 2014. These academic achievements have been integral to Ms. Jeffries’s success, equipping her with advanced knowledge in education theory, organizational leadership and human resources.

Ms. Jeffries is an active member of the National Association of Extension 4-H Youth Development Professionals, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development within the extension and youth development sector. She has also contributed as a writer for the University of Idaho Extension 4-H Youth Development publications.

In light of her accomplishments, Ms. Jeffries has been recognized with several honors, including the MSA Award and the DSA Award. She credits her achievements to an open-minded approach and a willingness to embrace new tools and methodologies that enhance productivity and innovation.

Looking ahead, Ms. Jeffries aims to continue excelling at ZSoft Technologies Inc., further strengthen LocWorld’s educational initiatives within the translation industry, and provide valuable resources for extension and 4-H professionals. She believes that these efforts are vital for supporting communities nationwide.
