Jessica Lynne White, Chief Executive Officer and Founder at Kickstartsocial.co, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in business consulting and healthcare services.
Ms. White’s esteemed professional journey is marked by her unwavering commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership in the health, wellness and technology sectors. As chief executive officer and founder of Kickstart Social since 2019, she has overseen the company’s evolution from a specialized social media marketing agency for health and wellness professionals into a comprehensive full-service digital marketing firm. Under her direction, Kickstart Social now employs approximately 40 team members worldwide, offering services such as social media design, web development, Facebook and Instagram advertising, Google advertisements, programmatic marketing, influencer management and the launch of telehealth brands.
In addition to her primary responsibilities, Ms. White holds weekly meetings with her various departments, closely monitors advertising performance for her founders and remains actively involved in strategy sessions, sales calls and outreach efforts. Moreover, she is dedicated to remaining at the forefront of the latest trends in artificial intelligence and digital marketing.
In 2024, Ms. White founded Kin Meds, an independent venture focused on developing proprietary telehealth software. This initiative was born from her experience relying on third-party developers for her client delivery platform—a dependency that often resulted in operational difficulties. Determined to control her entire sales and delivery ecosystem, she embarked on building her own software solution, marking the most significant challenge in her career to date.
Since 2023, Ms. White has also excelled as the chief executive officer of Lumi Funnels, further expanding her influence in the medtech and customer relationship management space. Her entrepreneurial spirit is evident in the multiple spin-off companies she has launched under the Kickstart Social umbrella, including two telemedicine businesses, a medtech software platform, a CRM platform and a virtual assistant agency.
Ms. White’s career began in clinical practice as a licensed physical therapist—a credential she has maintained for 26 years. After earning a bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from University of Rio Grande & Rio Grande Community College in 1997 and a master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Cincinnati in 2001, she relocated from Ohio to Los Angeles in 2009 to work as a traveling physical therapist. Captivated by the region’s opportunities and culture, Ms. White advanced through several administrative roles at skilled nursing facilities.
From 2016 to 2025, Ms. White found success as facility rehabilitation director at Beachwood Post Acute, overseeing rehabilitation services at a 240-bed subacute hospital in Santa Monica. Prior to this position, she was appointed as the director of rehabilitation services at Fireside Convalescent Hospital, now known as Fireside Health Care Center, from 2012 to 2016, and at Seaport 17th Care Center from 2010 to 2012. In each of these posts, she exhibited her wealth of expertise in clinical operations management and team leadership.
Parallel to her clinical career, Ms. White has been active as a social media influencer and content creator under Jessicalynnewhite.com beginning in 2018. Her entry into digital entrepreneurship was catalyzed by an influencer course she attended while pregnant with her son—initially motivated by the prospect of receiving complimentary products for her nursery and skincare needs. This experience introduced her to Instagram’s business potential and ultimately led her to collaborate with nurse practitioners seeking social media support.
Ms. White’s ability to scale rapidly became apparent when demand for her services grew from one nurse practitioner client to supporting more than thirty-five within interconnected professional circles online. As her agency expanded its offerings to include website development and tech integration—thanks in large part to the support of an international virtual assistant team—she transitioned Kickstart Social into a full-stack digital marketing firm.
Throughout her career, Ms. White has been celebrated for her achievements and thought leadership. She was featured on the television docu-series “Legacy Makers TV,” produced by Mawer Capital, and appeared on the “Dropping Bombs” podcast hosted by Brad Lea LLC. She is also a past member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Raised in Portsmouth in southeastern Ohio under challenging circumstances, Ms. White credits her early life experiences with resourcefulness and determination—qualities that have shaped both her personal ethos and professional approach. She learned to maximize limited resources while maintaining focus on long-term goals. Her leadership style emphasizes teamwork, strong foundational systems and exceptional customer service.
Ms. White attributes much of her success to the dedication of her global team of virtual assistants based in countries such as Pakistan, the Philippines, Bangladesh and Dubai. She is particularly grateful for key team members like Kashif and Midori who have played instrumental roles in scaling her business operations. Providing stable income opportunities for these professionals—many of whom are mothers supporting their families—remains one of Ms. White’s greatest rewards as an entrepreneur.
Beyond business pursuits, Ms. White is civically engaged as a volunteer for activities at her children’s school. Her inventive nature surfaced early when she developed scented cell phone wipes during the swine flu epidemic—well before smartphones became ubiquitous—demonstrating an instinct for identifying market needs ahead of their time. Ms. White’s accomplishments stand as a testament to following intuition, embracing risk and pursuing dreams without hesitation—a legacy defined by resilience, creativity and unwavering commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
Looking toward the future, Ms. White aims to broaden access to telehealth solutions by empowering entrepreneurs across diverse industries—including fitness professionals, salon owners and estheticians—to launch their own branded platforms through white-label partnerships with provider networks and pharmacies. Her vision ultimately centers on making longevity solutions accessible for individuals seeking enhanced well-being through innovative healthcare delivery models.
