Danielle Joleigh Bennett, President and Chief Executive Officer at Radiant Legacy Collective Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements and leadership in Business Consulting.

Ms. Bennett is lauded as an expert in leadership, with a career spanning 25 years across military, corporate and entrepreneurial sectors. As the president and chief executive officer of Radiant Legacy Collective, Inc., a multi-brand strategic architecture firm in Wisconsin, since 2025, she has been instrumental in owning the product line and its performance, managing qualification programs and hosting team celebrations. Her approach centers on empowering team members, fostering a strong team dynamic and ensuring every role is valued within the organization. Ms. Bennett’s commitment to continuous improvement is evident in her drive for brand awareness, outreach and engagement in all aspects of the business.

In addition to her role at Radiant Legacy Collective, Inc., Ms. Bennett has served as the president and franchise owner of MosquitoNix in Madison and Waukesha County since 2025. Operating under Radiant Legacy Collective, Inc., her company provides clients with outdoor misting systems, automated pest control and custom holiday lighting throughout southern Wisconsin.

Beyond these commitments, Ms. Bennett has served as a senior program manager and product line leader at Astronautics Corporation of America, an aviation and aerospace component manufacturing company based in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, since 2024. She has also excelled as the founder and managing director of DS7 LLC, a high-integrity consulting firm, since 2019.

Among her earlier positions, Ms. Bennett succeeded as a senior program manager for engineering development at Leonardo DRS, a publicly traded defense and space manufacturing company, from 2020 to 2024. During this period, she led a $26 million program that many believed could not be salvaged. However, she transformed the team’s performance, achieving project completion ahead of schedule and under budget during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ms. Bennett was later entrusted with another struggling initiative, which she grew from $250,000 to $10 million by fostering trust rather than pressure. Ms. Bennett was first hired by Leonardo DRS in 2018 as a senior program manager.

Apart from her civilian work, Ms. Bennett served with distinction in the U.S. Navy for over a decade, beginning in 2005, supervising aircraft maintenance and quality operations. She then rose to become a senior manager of supply chain management and a senior manager of program support until 2018.

Ms. Bennett’s academic background includes an Associate of Arts in financial services from the University of Phoenix, completed in 2009, followed by a Bachelor of Science in management accountancy from Miami University in 2011, and a Master of Science in acquisition and supply chain management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2017. Besides her formal education, her commitment to lifelong learning has been reflected in numerous professional designations, including a project management professional certification from the Project Management Institute, Inc., program management and acquisition and contracting level II from Defense Acquisition University, several graduate certifications from various institutions, and a credential in business analytics from the Harvard Business Analytics Program.

Throughout her career, Ms. Bennett has been an active member of professional and civic organizations, including the Veterans In Business Network, BNI Global, LLC, and BeAFreemason.org. She is also active as a youth activities director for local youth programs.

Ms. Bennett’s achievements have been recognized through numerous awards, including Sailor of the Year in 2006 and Top Department Head in 2025 for the United States Pacific Fleet. Her civic commitments earned her recognition as the Elks Lodge’s Volunteer of the Year in 2024. Among other accolades, Ms. Bennett was decorated with an Army Achievement Medal, a Joint Service Achievement Medal, a Joint Service Commendation Medal, a Navy Achievement Medal and a Navy Commendation Medal.

Anchored by faith and guided by conviction that authentic leadership balances precision with compassion, Ms. Bennett remains dedicated to helping others find their charge, proving that strength and grace are allies on the path toward lasting impact. As she continues to look forward with purpose-driven ambition, she envisions leading transformative conferences through Leadership Voltage™, integrating neuroscience, emotional intelligence and radiant grace into immersive experiences designed not just to teach but to transform leadership itself.
