Since 2011, Mr. Beltran has served as a national sales manager at Soules Foods, where he has played a pivotal role in managing key accounts, including H-E-B, a prominent grocer in the U.S. His responsibilities include innovating new products, bringing them to market, expanding the company’s product portfolio to 40 line items and managing daily operations. He is also tasked with monitoring product performance and ensuring the success of ongoing initiatives. Mr. Beltran’s commitment to excellence is evident in his ability to identify growth opportunities and introduce new items that meet evolving market demands.
Based in Tyler, Texas, Soules Foods is a family-owned, Texas-based food company that has been flourishing in the food and beverage manufacturing industry for over five decades. Affiliated with the company since 2010, Mr. Beltran began as a senior regional sales manager for 15 years, overseeing strategic growth initiatives and developing new markets. Concurrently, from 2013 to 2025, Mr. Beltran served as the Western U.S. sales manager. In this role, he managed regional operations and contributed to the company’s expansion across multiple states.
Additionally, Mr. Beltran served as the director of Latin American sales at Soules Foods from 2015 to 2025. In this capacity, he was instrumental in establishing the company’s international division, a milestone achievement that stands as his most notable professional accomplishment. When Mr. Beltran joined Soules Foods, the division did not exist. Through his vision and determination, he successfully expanded the company’s global presence. Over time, Mr. Beltran grew international sales to several million pounds of products annually, generating millions of dollars in revenue and overcoming skepticism from industry peers.
Before joining Soules Foods, Mr. Beltran worked at US Foods from 2009 to 2010. He was hired as an account representative before quickly advancing to a net account manager within two months. He was then promoted to field trainer and district sales manager. During his brief tenure, Mr. Beltran launched a Hispanic program focused on serving Hispanic restaurants and successfully captured business from established competitors.
Mr. Beltran began his career in this sector in a sales position at Winn Meat Company from 2007 to 2009, where he refined his skills in the meat industry. Transitioning from a career in finance, he was a loan officer at Countrywide Full Spectrum Lending in Austin, Texas, in 2007. Earlier, Mr. Beltran served as a finance director at Allen Cadillac in Laguna Niguel, California, from 2002 to 2006, and as an account manager at Onyx Acceptance Corporation between 1998 and 2002.
Mr. Beltran’s academic background included coursework in business, management, marketing and related support services in 1992 and in criminal justice at Golden West College in Huntington Beach, California, in 1994. He further enhanced his industry knowledge by earning a Beef 101 accreditation from Texas A&M University, a credential that proved invaluable as he transitioned into the meat industry.
Mr. Beltran’s professional achievements are complemented by active civic engagement. He volunteers with church ministry security teams and donates to Turning Point USA and various charities.
Throughout his career, Mr. Beltran has been recognized for outstanding performance and leadership. He received Manager of the Year honors from US Foods in 2009 and was a two-time recipient of the Top Salesman of the Year award from Soules Foods in 2023 and 2024.
The foundation of Mr. Beltran’s success lies in the strong support system provided by mentors, such as the owner of Soules Foods, whose encouragement has been instrumental throughout his career. He is also profoundly grateful for his wife’s unwavering support and his father’s influence in instilling perseverance and a tireless work ethic. Additionally, Mr. Beltran credits his faith for guiding him through various challenges.
