Earlier in his career, Mr. Stalboerger was an environmental compliance specialist at Otter Tail Power Company from 2014 to 2020. Based in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, he was tasked with monitoring air emissions at power plants across Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. Mr. Stalboerger managed Title V air permits and conducted comprehensive data analysis and reporting for state and federal agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance within the energy sector.
Ms. Stalboerger’s educational background has been instrumental in shaping his career trajectory. He received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Minnesota State University in Moorhead in 2010. Years later, he returned to college, earning a Bachelor of Architecture, summa cum laude, and a Master of Architecture from North Dakota State University in Fargo in 2024 and 2025, respectively. Mr. Stalboerger remains an active member of Tau Sigma Delta, reflecting his commitment to academic achievement and professional development in architecture.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Stalboerger is committed to civic engagement and community service. He has contributed to Fraser’s Festival of Trees and Feed My Starving Children Fargo, supporting initiatives that address local needs and foster community well-being.
