Paul G. Feith, President at Paul Gregory Media, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements and leadership in Digital Marketing.
Mr. Feith is recognized for his success and leadership in digital marketing and related technologies, with over four decades of expertise. Since 2006, he has served as the president of Paul Gregory Media (PGM) in Naperville, Illinois. Under his leadership, the agency evolved from a freelance graphic design business into a full-service digital marketing strategy firm with a strong focus on nonprofit organizations. Mr. Feith’s commitment to the principle that business good equals social good has been central to his professional philosophy. This ethos has shaped the company’s reputation for transparency, sustainability and social responsibility.
The foundation of PGM was laid after Mr. Feith experienced a pivotal career transition during the dot-com bust in 2000, which led him to spend five years as a stay-at-home parent. In 2006, he re-entered the workforce by launching his own freelance graphic design business. His involvement with nonprofit organizations began in 2011 when he joined his first nonprofit board, sparking a deep interest in the sector. By 2013, Mr. Feith acquired Silverline Creative, a web development firm that expanded his portfolio and enabled him to hire his first employee. The company subsequently shifted its focus from graphic design to a comprehensive marketing strategy, particularly for nonprofits.
Despite economic challenges, such as the 2007 housing crisis and the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Feith guided PGM to become a certified B Corporation and later a verified social enterprise through People and Planet First. Notably, the agency donates 15% of its time and 1% of its revenue, totaling $15,000 to $20,000 annually, to local nonprofits. This commitment not only benefits the community but also fosters employee retention and attracts clients who value ethical business practices.
Before founding PGM, Mr. Feith held several key positions in the industry. From 1999 to 2001, he was the director of production and client services at MyPoints LLC, where he managed client relationships and oversaw production operations during a period of rapid technological change. Between 1996 and 1999, he served as a business technology manager at Playboy, where he was responsible for integrating emerging technologies, including content development and information technology, into business processes.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Feith excelled as the president of Compu-Tech in Howell, New Jersey, between 1988 and 1996. In this role, he led technology initiatives and managed business operations for nearly a decade. Mr. Feith’s foundation was previously established in 1984 in retail sales with Macy’s in Eatontown, New Jersey.
Mr. Feith’s academic background includes an Associate of Arts in commercial music composition from Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, New Jersey, earned in 1987. His expertise is further recognized through his active participation in several industry-related organizations, including the US/Canada B-Corp Marketers Network, the Social Enterprise Alliance, the Association of Consultants to Nonprofits and People and Planet First.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Feith has been deeply involved in civic activities and community organizations for more than 35 years. Currently, he is a committee member of the NFP at the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce and the U.S./Canada B Corp Marketers Network. Mr. Feith also serves as the vice president of marketing and communications on the board of directors for Social Responsibility Chicago.
In light of his hard work, Mr. Feith has been recognized with numerous awards spanning over a decade, including his company earning recognition as the Philanthropic Business of the Year by West Suburban Philanthropic Network in 2020 and Agency of the Year by Ad World Masters in 2022. He was also named Trailblazing Extraordinaire: Leading Business Icons of 2024 by CIO Today. Mr. Feith attributes his success to fostering a culture centered on social good, a value that continues to influence both his leadership style and organizational direction.
Mr. Feith is dedicated to expanding his agency’s capacity to assist more communities and nonprofits while continuing to manage an extensive portfolio of projects each month. His enduring commitment to integrating social good with business excellence has positioned him as an influential leader within both the digital marketing sector and the broader philanthropic community.
