She then served as a senior service delivery manager at Vodafone Group, where she was instrumental in directing the global data center, enhancing service delivery processes and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Ms. Nametalla’s career began as a remote control management engineer at Dell Inc. in Cairo Governorate, Egypt, in 2012. In this foundational role, she developed technical skills and gained valuable experience working with global teams on remote management solutions.
In preparation for her career, Ms. Nametalla received a Bachelor of Technology in information technology from Al Shorouk Academy in 2011. She also received an information technology diploma in storage and VMware from the Information Technology Institute in 2012 and an Executive Master of Business Administration in project management from Hult International Business School in 2025. These academic achievements laid the groundwork for Ms. Nametalla’s expertise in technology and project management.
In addition to her formal education, Ms. Nametalla’s professional credentials further bolstered her career. Among numerous designations, she became a certified cloud practitioner from Amazon Web Services Inc., a Microsoft certified Azure administrator associate, a project management professional through the Project Management Institute, a Salesforce certified administrator from Trailhead by Salesforce, and, among others, an RSA SecurID certified administrator from RSA Security. These credentials underscore Ms. Nametalla’s dedication to continuous learning and mastery of evolving technologies.
Ms. Nametalla’s dedication to her field is distinguished by her membership in the Project Management Institute, reflecting her commitment to professional development and industry best practices. Reflecting on her career journey, she notes that her early fascination with computers, phones and the internet sparked her passion and led her to pursue studies in technology, with a particular interest in storage solutions, before the advent of cloud computing.
Looking ahead, Ms. Nametalla aspires to earn a doctorate while continuing her career in security, aiming to become a chief information security officer at a major corporation.
