From 2021 to 2025, Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer contributed her skills as an exclusive listing agent, website and ad designer, and interior designer for Tikal Homes. Her responsibilities included managing property listings, designing marketing materials and overseeing interior design projects to enhance property appeal.
Before her work with Tikal Homes, Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer held the dual roles of regional branch manager and production manager in mortgage finance at Pulte Homes. Her earlier experience included serving as a senior loan officer at Huntington Bank from 2008 to 2012. In that capacity, Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer provided financial guidance to clients seeking home loans and played a key role in facilitating successful transactions. She was recruited to that role from National City Mortgage, where she excelled as a senior regional account executive between 2004 and 2008. She also gained valuable experience with Russell Real Estate Services early on.
Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer’s academic background has been instrumental in shaping her professional journey. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in management with a focus on finance from Cleveland State University. Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer also completed coursework in real estate at Hondros College of Business. She earned credentials as a broker of record in Ohio and certification as a real estate agent in Indianapolis.
Committed to the industry, Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer contributes leadership through her role as president of the Women’s Council of Realtors of Northeast Ohio, a position she considers among her most significant accomplishments. She was chosen for this position by her peers, including fellow realtors, lender partners and title partners, reflecting the respect she commands within the field. Prior to assuming the responsibilities of president, Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer held the position of board treasurer for the organization in 2018, after initially joining in 2012.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer is deeply committed to civic engagement and philanthropy. Since 2012, she has participated as an elf in the Tour of Good Cheer, a yearly holiday event organized by Dick Clough. Through this effort, she brings holiday joy to children in need throughout Cleveland by collecting coats, clothing, toys, books and other items for numerous local shelters, and helping Santa deliver them to support families during the holidays.
Previously, Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer was civically active on the board of directors of W.A.G.S. 4 Kids from 2015 to 2018, serving as the chief financial officer and treasurer. This organization matches service dogs trained by nonviolent offenders in prison with children with special needs.
Beyond her real estate career, Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer is an accomplished author. She wrote America’s Mighty Mouse: The Chuck Vinci Story, showcasing her creative talents beyond real estate. Published in 2025, this book follows the extraordinary life of Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer’s uncle, Chuck Vinci, and the Vinci family legacy. She hopes to have the story adapted into a movie.
Early in her real estate career, Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer’s commitment to excellence was recognized when she was named both the Top Selling Agent and the Top Buying Agent at Century 21 Real Estate LLC in 2017. In 2025, she achieved a personal milestone by closing a deal on a mobile home park, earning her highest commission to date.
Throughout her career, Ms. Taylor-Lohmeyer has attributed her success to the unwavering support of her children and parents. As a single mother, she learned to prioritize what truly mattered and set clear goals for herself.
