Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia, United States

Nabeel Memon, chief executive officer of Nabeel Group of Companies (NGC) Inc. and owner and founder of Nabeel Managements, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements and leadership in real estate.

Mr. Memon has established a notable career in the commercial real estate and convenience store industry, marked by more than two decades of entrepreneurial leadership. Since 2014, he has served as the chief executive officer of NGC Inc. in Lawrenceville, Georgia, where he manages a diverse portfolio of over 50 convenience stores and gas stations.

In this capacity, Mr. Memon oversees tenant relations, daily operations and the construction of new sites throughout Georgia. He is also responsible for forming and operating a construction company dedicated to building and developing properties for convenience stores and gas stations. Mr. Memon’s focus on growth within the state has positioned NGC Inc. as a prominent player in the regional market.

Before launching NGC Inc., Mr. Memon founded Nabeel Managements in 2004, where he remains active as the company’s owner. Through this venture, he transitioned from leasing stores to full ownership, expanding his expertise to include site development and construction management. Mr. Memon’s ability to pivot in response to market demands and overcome significant personal and professional challenges has been central to his success. He considers his capacity to manage adversity while balancing the demands of entrepreneurship and family life as the highlight of his career.

Mr. Memon’s educational background includes both a high school diploma and college coursework. In addition to these endeavors, he remains active as a board member of the Georgia Department of Labor, a position he was appointed to in 2023. In this role, Mr. Memon contributes his industry knowledge and leadership experience to support workforce development initiatives across the state.

Beyond his business activities, Mr. Memon is committed to civic engagement as a volunteer with the Glitter of Hope Foundation in Duluth, Georgia, reflecting his dedication to supporting charitable causes within his community. This nonprofit organization is devoted to addressing the basic needs of orphan children rescued from refugee camps in Africa and Asia and brought into the United States.

Mr. Memon attributes much of his professional success to his faith and the unwavering support of his family, especially his wife, Hina, and their four children. He recognizes his wife as a key source of strength and encouragement throughout his career journey. The mentorship of several professionals was also instrumental early in Mr. Memon’s career, including several individuals who believed in him and, at age 18, allowed him to open his first gas station, setting the foundation for a lasting professional relationship. He draws further inspiration from a family tradition of entrepreneurship, including his father and grandfather, both of whom were successful businessmen.

Beginning his professional journey at age 18 after immigrating to the U.S. at 15, Mr. Memon embraced the values of resilience, ambition and work ethic that were instilled in him from his youth. Looking ahead, he plans to expand his business ventures by building additional convenience stores and gas stations while entering the residential market through townhome and apartment complex developments — a distinct endeavor from his existing commercial projects. Additionally, Mr. Memon remains committed to increasing community involvement and supporting charitable initiatives while striving for an optimal balance between professional advancement and family life.
