In 2022, Mr. Bosch pivoted away from the field to pursue an academic career, joining Victor Valley College as an adjunct professor. In this capacity, he imparts his extensive knowledge to students pursuing careers in business and real estate, continually shaping future professionals through his practical experience and academic background.
Leveraging three decades of professional success, Mr. Bosch came from LPT Realty as the vice president of Pacific brokerage operations from 2024 to 2025. During this tenure, he oversaw strategic initiatives and operational excellence across six states nationwide while establishing national standards that would drive the firm’s future success.
From 2020 to 2024, Mr. Bosch was a senior regional director of brokerage operations for the Western United States at eXp Realty, eXp World Holdings Inc. In this role, he managed the largest single real estate brokerage in the U.S., supervising 14,000 agents in California and approximately 20,000 agents across seven states.
Recruited from Keller Williams Realty LLC, Mr. Bosch rose from principal broker to operating principal broker between 2010 and 2020. His leadership contributed significantly to the growth and profitability of the offices he oversaw. During his time with the agency, Mr. Bosch also contributed as a business coach with Tom Ferry from 2017 to 2018, providing guidance and mentorship to real estate professionals seeking to elevate their performance. Between 2008 and 2012, he also excelled as a certified trainer with Dale Carnegie & Associates Global Inc.
Among his earlier positions, Mr. Bosch taught real estate licensing at Superstar Real Estate School from 2005 to 2008, personally licensing over 3,000 students and helping launch numerous successful careers in the industry.
From 2002 to 2008, Mr. Bosch held multiple executive positions at Home Center Realty Inc., Coldwell Banker HCR, including president, vice president and general manager, during which he directed company operations and strategic growth initiatives. His earlier experience included serving as the deputy director of contracts, new acquisitions, sales and marketing at In Town Management Group LLC and Golden Feather Investments Inc. between 1998 and 2002. He also managed contracts and acquisitions for Golden Feather Realty Services during this period. Mr. Bosch began his career at Bankers Affiliated Mortgage Inc. and Golden State Mortgage Trust from 1993 to 1998, progressing from loan officer to senior loan officer and ultimately branch manager.
Mr. Bosch’s academic achievements have played a pivotal role in his success. He holds an Associate of Science in business from Victor Valley College in Victorville, California, awarded in 2000, a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management, cum laude, from the University of Redlands in Redlands, California, in 2004, and a Master of Business Administration in leadership and management from the University of La Verne in La Verne, California, in 2014. Mr. Bosch also holds several professional certifications, including a real estate broker’s license in California, Nevada, and Tennessee, as well as a Dale Carnegie & Associates Global Inc. trainer certification.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bosch has been recognized for his expertise in real estate executive leadership and coaching. He is a member of several prominent industry organizations, including the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Bosch’s involvement reflects a commitment to advancing industry standards and supporting professional development within the field.
Among his accolades, Mr. Bosch was recognized with the designation among the Top 10 Producing Brokers in Riverside County, California, in 2010, 2011 and 2012, distinction in Black Belt Recruiting by Keller Williams Realty LLC for the most profitable office in the region every year between 2015 and 2019, and with a State Senate Plaque from the State of California in 2023.
Mr. Bosch attributes his longevity and accomplishments to continuous learning, coachability, early exposure to professional coaching programs, and guidance from mentors throughout his career.
