From 2015 to 2019, Mr. Wanderski excelled as the director of marketing insights and analytics at Frontier Communications in Dallas, Texas, where he established the company’s first marketing research and analytics department. His analytical acumen was instrumental in his success.

Between 2008 and 2015, Mr. Wanderski was the chief marketing officer at RKS Research and Consulting. During this period, he developed comprehensive marketing strategies that drove business growth. He previously served as the director of marketing at First Choice Power from 2006 to 2008. One of Mr. Wanderski’s most notable achievements during this time was leading his team in propelling the company to its highest revenue and net profit in history in a single year by implementing foundational data-driven strategies.

In addition to his corporate roles, Mr. Wanderski dedicated over 15 years as an adjunct professor at Metropolitan State University. His commitment to education was recognized with a 15-year Service Award from the institution. Mr. Wanderski’s professional journey is also marked by significant consulting achievements. While working on a project for Cuna Mutual, a provider of backend services for credit unions, he led a team that transformed a $2,000 return from a $250,000 marketing campaign into $23.6 million by reanalyzing data and making strategic adjustments.

Mr. Wanderski’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Central Michigan University, earned in 1980, and a Master of Science in management from Houston Baptist University (now Houston Christian University). He further enhanced his professional credentials by completing the “Making Recruiters Come to You” certification with J.T. O’Donnell through LinkedIn Corporation in 2019.

Becoming fascinated with marketing during his studies at Central Michigan University, Mr. Wanderski developed a keen interest in understanding consumer behavior and the power of data analytics. This passion for numbers and analysis has been a guiding force throughout his career, enabling him to uncover actionable insights that drive business success.

Mr. Wanderski is actively involved in industry organizations, including Business Navigators, a servant-leadership group in Dallas, where he oversees the mergers and acquisitions forum. This initiative connects companies seeking capital with investors, collaborating with prominent firms, like BlackRock and HIG, in a supportive environment modeled after a mini “Shark Tank.” Additionally, Mr. Wanderski is a member of the Dallas Fed, contributing to monthly surveys of the local service sector and engaging with leaders, including Dallas Fed Governor Lori Logan. Civically engaged, he co-led Career Connection from 2008 to 2015 and continues to contribute to its mission through ongoing projects since 2010.

Mr. Wanderski attributes much of his success to his faith and to his wife’s unwavering support throughout their relationship. As he looks ahead, he remains committed to leaving a legacy that honors his family’s values while demonstrating that faith and achievement can coexist harmoniously in business life.
