Affiliated with H.B. Fuller Company for over a decade, Mr. Agerbeck previously served as an application specialist from 2016 to 2022. In 2016, he briefly served as an area technical specialist II. The previous year, he advanced to the position of laboratory technician II. Mr. Agerbeck began his tenure with H.B. Fuller/Aerotek Inc. in 2015 as a technician I, gaining foundational experience in machinery operation and plant maintenance.

Recruited from Volt Industries/3M, Mr. Agerbeck worked as a contract technician from 2008 to 2014. His professional journey was shaped by earlier service as a U.S. Army Airborne Ranger with the 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, from 1998 to 2000. This military experience instilled discipline and resilience that would later prove invaluable.

Mr. Agerbeck’s educational background included earning an Associate of Applied Science in nanotechnology from Dakota County Technical College in Rosemount, Minnesota, in 2009, during which he was inducted into Phi Theta Kappa. He later completed coursework in chemistry at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minnesota, in 2016. Mr. Agerbeck’s commitment to continuous learning is further reflected in his engagement with professional development opportunities, including attending nanotechnology conferences and sharing insights with new students on leveraging past experiences for future growth.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Agerbeck is civically engaged as a volunteer with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, demonstrating a commitment to supporting fellow veterans.
