Mr. Harder’s earlier career included five years as an account manager for environmental, engineering and construction at Aerotek Inc., a staffing and recruiting company, in Denver from 2011 to 2016. He began his professional journey as an account recruiting manager at the firm in 2008. In this foundational role, Mr. Harder developed recruitment strategies that supported organizational growth and talent acquisition objectives.
Mr. Harder earned a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, in 2011. His academic background provided a strong foundation for his career in business development and client services.
