Before joining TikTok, Ms. Agrawal built a robust career at Amazon.com, Inc., where she held several key positions between 2017 and 2024. Her tenure began as a pathways area manager, followed by her role as a pathways operations manager from 2018 to 2019. As a senior operations manager at Amazon.com, Inc., from 2019 to 2020, Ms. Agrawal managed daily operations and implemented process improvements that enhanced efficiency and productivity. She also volunteers with Cummins Inc., contributes to Global Cancer Concern India and participates in community volunteer efforts with Amazon.com, Inc., serving the homeless population in Phoenix, Arizona.

Ms. Agrawal’s technical acumen has been underscored by two patents issued in India, including one for a lifesaving system for trapped occupants in car cabins and another for PAE process standardization for PAT deliverables at various Gen3 milestones. Her accomplishments have been recognized with several awards, including the Top Performer Organizing Star Award from TikTok and the Emerging Leaders Award from Amazon.com, Inc.
