Mr. Jimenez was recruited to Prudential from Transamerica Corporation in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where he spent 2008 to 2015, beginning as a senior project manager in system integration and subsequently as a Solvency II global implementation manager and Latin America program manager, managing all business and technology initiatives within the region. During his tenure with the organization, Mr. Jimenez participated in an international team that developed the infrastructure necessary to demonstrate the company’s solvency to regulators under the Solvency II program. Earlier, Mr. Jimenez devoted nearly a decade of his career to Rockwell Collins, now Collins Aerospace, where he contributed technical expertise to mission-critical aerospace systems. Mr. Jimenez’s career began in 1993, when he served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps, attaining the rank of corporal and working as a supply technician. During his military tenure, he was introduced to technology through his work with an electronics maintenance company, building and repairing computers and fixing radios, which sparked his enduring interest and ultimately led him toward a career as a software engineer.
Becoming highly educated, Mr. Jimenez received a Bachelor of Science in computer science from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas, in 2000, and a Master of Business Administration and Management from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida, in 2004. These academic achievements have provided him with both technical proficiency and strategic insight essential for his roles as a software executive. Further distinguishing himself, Mr. Jimenez earned the project management professional certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI), a credential that underscores his commitment to best practices in project leadership and execution.
Throughout his career, Mr. Jimenez has been an active member of the PMI. In addition to his professional pursuits, he serves as a board member for Vital Seed Ministries International, Inc., a role he has held since 2019.
Demonstrating a commitment to knowledge sharing and mentorship, Mr. Jimenez has dedicated 2026 to authoring 26 articles on leadership that chronicle his journey through corporate America as both a developer and business executive. Through these writings, he aims to impart valuable lessons learned over his career to younger generations and the broader community. Mr. Jimenez is also focused on expanding Tracsis’ market share within the United States by transitioning the company from servicing smaller accounts to securing larger contracts exceeding $1 million each. As the vice president of engineering, he is committed to positioning Tracsis as a leading provider of software automation platforms for the railroad industry nationwide.
