In addition to her real estate endeavors, Ms. Niedzwiecki has been engaged as an indirect category manager at Aptar, a packaging manufacturer in Mukwonago, Wisconsin, since 2022. In this position, she oversees purchasing activities with a focus on maintenance, repair and operations, as well as human resources benefits procurement, ensuring efficient processes in these areas. Before her current position at Atar, Ms. Niedzwiecki served as a senior buyer for the organization from 2020 to 2022, where she negotiated contracts and managed supplier relationships.
Before being recruited by Aptar, Ms. Niedzwiecki contributed to MillerCoors (now Molson Coors Beverage Company) as the business process lead for procure-to-pay, where she led process improvements and optimized procurement workflows between 2014 and 2019. She also worked as a senior supply manager in procurement and purchasing at MillerCoors, overseeing strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations from 2007 to 2014.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Niedzwiecki worked in the legal department at Manpower as a contract analyst from 2005 to 2007. In this capacity, she drafted and reviewed contracts while ensuring compliance with legal standards. Ms. Niedzwiecki began her professional journey at Manpower as a strategic sourcing professional in procurement and purchasing between 2003 and 2005, where she developed foundational skills in vendor management and contract negotiation.
Ms. Niedzwiecki’s academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in political science with a concentration in legal studies and a master’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin, Parkside. Her education provided a strong foundation in analytical thinking and legal principles that have been instrumental throughout her career in both real estate and procurement.
In addition to her formal education, Ms. Niedzwiecki further enhanced her qualifications through several credentials, including a certification in effective leadership from the University of Notre Dame and an industrial refrigeration operator I certification from the Garden City Ammonia Program. These credentials have contributed to Ms. Niedzwiecki’s leadership abilities and technical knowledge within diverse professional settings.
Throughout her career, Ms. Niedzwiecki has been actively involved with the National Association of Realtors. She previously served on the board of directors for Club MillerCoors from 2013 to 2015, including a term as secretary in 2014.
Beyond her professional commitments, Ms. Niedzwiecki has demonstrated civic engagement through leadership roles, including serving as the president of the Home and School Association at St. Alphonsus School/Parish from 2014 to 2017 and again from 2019 to 2022. She is also associated with Old World Wisconsin through the Wisconsin Historical Society.
