Before founding New Bridge Management, Ms. Harrell was a real estate business development manager at G3 Enterprises, Inc., the world’s largest winery, from 2010 to 2011. In this capacity, she managed real estate portfolios and developed strategies to optimize asset performance for the company’s holdings. Ms. Harrell’s experience at G3 Enterprises was built upon her earlier role as a business manager at Ashley Investments LLC, where she oversaw operations and contributed to the growth of the investment portfolio for over five years, starting in 2005. Among her accomplishments during this time, she identified and directed the execution of a brand-new division.

Ms. Harrell’s professional journey began as a brand standard champion for Volkswagen Group from 2004 to 2005, during which she designed and implemented marketing campaigns to increase revenue. Ms. Harrell’s academic background has been instrumental in shaping her approach to business and leadership. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and French at California State University, Stanislaus, in 1998, a Master of International Business Administration in strategic management from Alliant University in 2000, and a master’s degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2002. These academic achievements have provided Ms. Harrell with a global perspective and analytical skills that distinguish her within the real estate sector.

In addition to her formal education, Ms. Harrell’s professional credentials include certification as a real estate broker by the California Department of Real Estate since 2006. She further enhanced her expertise by completing negotiation strategies, tools and skills for success as well as mediating disputes coursework through Harvard Law School Executive Education in 2019.

Throughout her career, Ms. Harrell has been actively involved in industry organizations and leadership roles. She is a member of the government affairs committee for the National Association of Residential Property Managers. She previously held various positions with the Central Valley Association of Realtors and the Central Valley Professional Exchange. Additionally, Ms. Harrell’s commitment to international collaboration was evident in her two-decade tenure as the president of Modesto Sister Cities International Inc.

Ms. Harrell’s civic engagement extends beyond her professional endeavors. She has led the alumni association at California State University, Stanislaus, since 2014. Ms. Harrell’s leadership has been recognized with numerous honors, including repeated recognition as Favorite Property Manager by Turlock Journal Readers’ Choice since 2011, the Good Neighbor Award from the Central Valley Association of Realtors in 2013, and the Woman of Distinction in International Goodwill and Development award from Soroptimist International in 2013. Additionally, Ms. Harrell has received multiple Best Property Manager awards in the 209 area code for New Bridge Management since 2015.

Attributing her success to her educational foundation and her deliberate decision to specialize in residential property management, Ms. Harrell has delivered exceptional service rooted in transparency, compliance and long-term relationship-building. Looking ahead, she intends to significantly expand New Bridge Management while stepping back from daily operations to mentor other entrepreneurs, particularly young and female business owners, and to increase her involvement in industry speaking engagements. Ms. Harrell’s career reflects an unwavering commitment to professional excellence, community engagement and ethical leadership within residential property management throughout California’s Central Valley.
