Since 2020, Mr. Forester has also been the co-founder and coach for the Wildcats Basketball Club in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Through this role, he has contributed to youth development by mentoring young athletes and fostering teamwork and discipline both on and off the court. Offering competitive play for youth ages 7 through 18, the club teaches the fundamentals of the sport, as well as resilience and teamwork. From 2023 to 2024, Mr. Forester excelled as a territory sales manager for Congo Brands in Denver, Colorado. During his tenure, he was responsible for expanding market reach and driving sales growth within his assigned territory for the Kentucky-based manufacturing company. Mr. Forester also served as a location general manager at CarMax Enterprise Services, LLC, in Golden, Colorado, between 2022 and 2023. There, he managed daily operations and led teams to achieve sales objectives at the used-car dealership. Mr. Forester’s diverse background also included his roles as the chief operating officer and general manager at National Medical Supply, Inc., Elite Pharmacy Inc. and JP Xpress Courier Inc., all based in Littleton, Colorado, between 2008 and 2022. During this tenure, he gained extensive experience in medical supply distribution and pharmacy operations while developing a deep understanding of the importance of serving Medicaid clients and other vulnerable populations.

Mr. Forester spent more than a decade as the general manager at Graphic Media Products Inc. in both Florida and Alabama, beginning in 1995. This foundational experience provided him with valuable insights into business operations and customer relations. Throughout his career, Mr. Forester has demonstrated resilience in overcoming personal challenges and remains dedicated to service, guided by family experiences that continue to shape his professional mission.

Following high school, Mr. Forester completed coursework in mechanical drafting at Manatee Technical College in Bradenton, Florida, as well as coursework in business administration. These academic pursuits equipped him with technical knowledge and business acumen that have been instrumental throughout his career. Mr. Forester also holds several professional credentials that reflect his dedication to professional development and community involvement, including courses in managing stress from LinkedIn. He also received a USA Basketball gold coach license, enabling him to make a meaningful impact on youth sports.

In recognition of Mr. Forester’s achievements in business, Forester Family Medical Supply, Inc., was honored among the Top Family-Owned Businesses by ColoradoBiz through BridgeTower Media in 2025. He attributes his success to a steadfast belief in patient care, a humble approach to leadership, a strong work ethic and an ability to identify opportunities for improvement within organizations. Mr. Forester also notes his early experiences witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by Medicaid clients during his time at National Medical Supply, as well as the hospice journeys of his father and grandmother.

Mr. Forester values family above all else. One of his two sons notably works alongside him at Forester Family Medical Supply, Inc., while the other is pursuing collegiate basketball aspirations. Looking ahead, he aims to expand Forester Family Medical Supply, Inc., into additional states beyond Colorado to reach more Medicare and Medicaid clients. Mr. Forester is also dedicated to supporting his older son’s ambitions within the family business and encouraging his younger son’s athletic pursuits.
