Since his humble career beginnings at the age of 13 working for a local construction company, Mr. Miller desired a position more rewarding than manual labor. This presented itself when he enlisted in the United States Army. Joining the military proved to be the best decision he ever made because it challenged him to be a better person, and Mr. Miller rose to the occasion. As a testament to his ten years of service, he earned numerous Army Achievement Medals and Army Commendation Medals.
Following his retirement from the military, Mr. Miller began working as a program manager with System Products & Solutions, Inc. In 2013, he earned a Bachelor of Science in management and project management from the University of Phoenix. Building off his newfound credentials, Mr. Miller was hired as the operations manager at ASRC Federal in 2015. Remaining there until 2018, he went on to work for Aetos Systems, Inc. before becoming the senior program manager at Abaco Systems in 2020. Mr. Miller continues to excel in his role today and within the next five years, he hopes to become a vice president or an executive for his organization.
Mr. Miller is also the owner of CrossFit Impulse in Madison, AL: the premier CrossFit gym in North Alabama. Mr. Miller employs a phenomenal leadership team that provides the best athletic experience in the Tennessee Valley. Purchased from previous ownership in 2020, this affiliate has over a decade of proven performance with an inclusive and welcoming culture that has fostered a tightly knit community of amazing people.
Mr. Miller is a leader and mentor to many aspiring individuals as a Model-Netics management training instructor, Project Management Professional (PMP) instructor, and an organizational consultant for cultural improvement and best practices. His years of experience and process-driven approach to team building and organizational change management continues to produce outstanding results for all those he supports.
