Since 2010, she has designed and managed SharePoint sites, page layouts and workable lists for daily use within the teams that she manages. Additionally, she assists in the development of databases for reporting automation and collaborates with several technical teams for production support. Through Fannie Mae, she has volunteered with various nonprofit organizations like the North Texas Food Bank, Hope Supply Co. and Grace Bridge. Likewise, Ms. Haberstroh dedicates her spare time to assisting Adopt-A-Block with administrative work for the food pantry, meal delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic and registration. Looking back, she attributes her career success to having a great eye for detail and noticing where there are gaps, or needs for improvement. She also attributes her continued drive and motivation to the passing of her husband, after a 13-year fight with cancer and having to raise their three young children. She has a great deal of support around her, but she is highly driven and constantly inspired by her late husband, Robert. In the coming years, Ms. Haberstroh sees herself still expanding and advancing in the industry. She plans to continue to move into the technology space and would like to take on roles that help people more directly.
