Sarah A. Kindred, Credit Underwriter at StitusAMC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in real estate finance.
Ms. Kindred recently joined StitusAMC as a credit underwriter, bringing more than 25 years of experience in real estate and financial services to the position. After earning an Associate of Arts from Southwestern Illinois College in 1995, Ms. Kindred began working for UMB Bank as a summer associate. Her managers soon recognized her as a quick learner and an eager employee, and she was trained in a variety of roles before being promoted to one that focused on managing investments. Ms. Kindred holds an A1-A Title Producer License and is a certified notary public in two states. She joined LandSafe Title and Closing Agency in 2010 as an escrow closing officer, and returned to the company in 2013 as a quality review specialist after spending two years at Bank of America as a senior ECR representative.
In 2016, Ms. Kindred became an RCA specialist for U.S. Bank, rising to the role of business operations specialist the following year. She remained with the company until 2020, and served as a floating mortgage escrow closer for Continental Title Company throughout the St. Louis metro area until accepting her current position. Ms. Kindred attributes her success to her accountability and reliability, as well as the passion for lifelong learning that she acquired from her parents, both educators. She considers it an honor to be a part of her clients’ real estate purchases, describing them as highly personal and meaningful moments, and looks forward to continuing to grow within her industry. Ms. Kindred is an active volunteer with Operation Sue Search, Ronald McDonald House Charities, the Homeless Veterans Program, and her area Humane Society, in addition to partnering with a medical prosthetics company to support patients preparing for amputation.
