He became involved in his profession when his daughter was an infant and his wife was a schoolteacher, and he reminded his boss plenty of times in advance that he had to pick up his daughter at school that day. But his boss wanted him to run an errand, which he declined. Then his boss told him to leave his keys and phone if he refuses to do what he ordered. They basically fired him at that moment. Mr. Mann then picked up his daughter and went straight to the unemployment office and grabbed a book on real estate. Currently selling properties for $400,000 and up, his goal is to eventually make $1 million per year.
