Mr. Hafeil was interested in construction form an early age, picturing himself building bridges when he was a young child. He ended up building roads and it has led to many professional successes. He attributes his success to his strong work ethic and his ability to listen and communicate. In the next several years, he will finish his doctoral degree and continue to lead his company. One day, he will write a book using is knowledge of the building and construction industry.
