Hailing from Mumbai, India, Ms. Chaturvedi initially pursued coursework at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies from 1992 to 1997. She excelled as a database administrator (DBA) and developer with Infotech Systems from 1995 to 1997, an Oracle Apps DBA with Nextel from 1997 to 1998 and a senior DBA with Disney from 1998 to 2007, in which she was responsible for supporting all databases in Disney Consumer Products both in North America and globally, specializing in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle support. Ms. Chaturvedi then excelled as a delivery lead with Disney from 2007 to 2008, in which she led SAP transformation as delivery lead for database migration and related initiatives and supported outsourcing engagement with IBM on SAP and server migration. 

Since 2008, Ms. Chaturvedi has provided superior service as co-founder and president of Kaygen, Inc., a premier business management consultancy in Irvine, California that assists organizations in digital transformation to implement modern data management solutions that ensure data fidelity and enterprise application alignment. Services offered include cloud and enterprise applications, advanced analytics, data privacy and information technology staffing solutions. In recognition of her executive abilities, Ms. Chaturvedi has garnered numerous honors that include the Top 50 Women Leaders of Los Angeles for 2022 from Women We Admire. In addition, she was named in 2020’s Outstanding CEOs by WE USA Magazine and Top 40 Women Owned Businesses by the Orange County Business Journal.

Ms. Chaturvedi continued her education with a Master of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2016. Since 2019, she has served on the board of Women’s Business Enterprise Council West and since 2021 with Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned, controlled, and operated by women in the United States. According to Ms. Chaturvedi, she decided to pursue a career in technology because she wanted to push herself and become an inspiration, especially for other women, and attributes her success to her keen sense of empathy in which she listens to both her team and clients to understand problems. She is most proud of being a woman in a male-dominated industry and growing the company even throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Ms. Chaturvedi always makes sure to help mentor the younger generation, especially women, when it comes to finances and entrepreneurship. She loves being able to help people become successful entrepreneurs. In the coming years, Ms. Chaturvedi intends to continue mentoring younger women and start a non-profit to give more women access to the resources they need to become successful.
