Patrick “Paddy” Sweeney, chairman of KeytronicEMS and co-founder of Photomachining Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in business leadership.
With nearly seven decades of experience to his credit, Mr. Sweeney has cultivated a career of excellence across a variety of entrepreneurial endeavors. Though he is mostly retired from professional work, he remains active as the chairman of KeytronicsEMS KTCC in Spokane, Washington, and Gotcha Covered in Dublin, Ireland. In 1999, Mr. Sweeney co-founded Photomachining Inc. in Pelham, New Hampshire, and since 1996, he has served as the director of Aimware Ltd. in Galway, Ireland. A native of Ireland, much of his work has carried him between the United States and his homeland on a regular basis. Mr. Sweeney originally began his career as an accounts clerk for Waterford Crystal in Waterford, Ireland, a position he held from 1953 to 1959. He remained with the company until 1971.
In his other professional endeavors, Mr. Sweeney formerly served as a board member of the Institute of Printed Circuits from 1989 to 1995. As part of his dedication to his career, Mr. Sweeney earned a certification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1961. Attributing many of his accomplishments to his intense drive for success, he is proud to have served in numerous leadership positions over the course of his career. In the coming years, Mr. Sweeney hopes to continue mentoring young business owners.
