Having accrued more than 15 years of exceptional sales and leadership in real estate, Mr. Peterson has found success as a broker and business owner. He has excelled in his current ownership role at Top Dog Properties since 2021. He previously had served as a team leader at the company since 2018. With Top Dog Properties, he oversees daily operations and manages a group of brokers, helping them to expand their revenue streams and grow in the company. Additionally, he has found success as a fitness director for UMA Fitness Massage and Bodywork since 2012, working alongside his wife, Alejandra Billoni, who founded and owns the fitness business.
Prior to embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Peterson earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Texas A&M University in 1996. To further prepare for his private career, he obtained a real estate broker’s license in 1999. Demonstrating his commitment to improving his industry, he is a member of the Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and the Asociacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios.
Mr. Peterson opened his first Top Dog Properties location in February 2021 and expanded the business internationally within the first year and a half of operations. The office has closed more than 100 transactions resulting in over $50 million in total volume. In recognition of his outstanding performance, Mr. Peterson was named as one of the Top 100 People in Real Estate by Top 100 Magazine in 2022. Additionally, Top Dog Properties was named as one of the Top 50 Brokerages by Top 100 Magazine in 2022.
In the coming years, Mr. Peterson expects to offer additional services with UMA Fitness Massage and Bodywork, helping more clients with their fitness goals. He also intends to expand Top Dog Properties to more countries and create a national footprint by growing franchises across the United States.
