Robert G. Little Jr., Senior Design Principal at L2P, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in architecture.

In preparation for his career, Mr. Little attended the Philadelphia College of Art and earned a Bachelor of Science in environmental design. In 1984, he obtained a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University, and in 1985, he graduated from the institution with a Master of Architecture. Mr. Little holds licensure in numerous states, including Pennsylvania, Alabama, Delaware, Maryland, and Nevada, as well as the District of Columbia. To keep abreast of his career fields, he is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Concord Township Historical Society, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and the Pennsylvania Society of Architects.

Since 2012, Mr. Little has served as a senior design principal with L2P. He began his career with the firm in 2006 as a founding principal and became a design principal in 2011. Prior to his work with L2P, he was a design principal with KlingStubbins from 1987 to 2006, and from 1985 to 1987, he was a project designer with H2L2 Architects/Planners. Alongside his primary roles, Mr. Little was a speaker for the American Institute of Architects Delaware and a speaker on the topic of aseptic facility design in 2005. In recognition of his accomplishments, he earned an award for Best Office Redevelopment in 2019 from the Philadelphia Business Journal and an ABC Excellence in Construction Merit Award in 2018. In 2017, Mr. Little earned an American Institute of Architects Design Merit Award, and in 2016, the organization recognized him with an Honor Award.

In his current post as a senior design principal with L2P, Mr. Little is the face of the company for design. He engages with clients and is fundamentally involved with every project. With expertise in corporate commercial architecture, science and technology architecture, residential architecture, hospitals, and higher education architecture, he attributes his success to working from a young age. Mr. Little became involved in architecture because of his innate interest in the arts. In the coming years, he hopes to finish his career with exceptional projects that will stand far into the future.
