Myron L. Miller, President and Co-Owner of Doyle Manufacturing, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in custom tooling.
Since 2014, Mr. Miller has found success as the president and co-owner of Doyle Manufacturing. The company is a custom tooling shop specializing in electrical interface connectors and test blocks for production lines. Doyle Manufacturing primarily serves clients in the automotive industry.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Miller attended Hesston College. He graduated in 1985 with an associate degree in electronics and in 1989 he started Doyle Manufacturing with his father. Mr. Miller worked for him until 2014, when he and his brother took over the company as co-owners.
Mr. Miller considers adapting to the automotive industry’s shift to electric vehicles as his most notable achievement. He attributes his success to his dedication, ability to build an exceptional team of employees, and devotion to creating a positive work environment at Doyle Manufacturing. As an ethical and respectful businessman, Mr. Miller is proud that the majority of his company’s customers are repeat customers and referrals.
Among the challenges Mr. Miller has faced running his business, one of the most significant obstacles has been ensuring their products meet their customers’ needs within the required deadlines. This has been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has impacted the supply chain and the business community at large. Despite this, Mr. Miller is proud that he was able to retain all his employees.
In the coming years, Mr. Miller aims to oversee more jobs and expand the company. Currently, both of his sons work for Doyle Manufacturing, one as a project manager and the other as a mechanical engineer. He considers them a critical component of the company’s continued success. Mr. Miller hopes to hand off some of his day-to-day responsibilities in the future.
