As part of her vocational journey, Ms. Mauricio pursued a higher education, earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology in her homeland. This proved to be a vital part of her career, as a degree was required for her to be petitioned for further work in her field. She subsequently continued her education in the United States, which allowed her to rise to the position of administrator.
In light of her fulfilling career, Ms. Mauricio largely attributes her success to her passion and love of caring for others. Among her other professional achievements, she is also proud of all her work as a caregiver, having developed a positive reputation within her community and amongst her peers. She is well-regarded for treating each of her patients and residents with kindness and doing her utmost to ensure they have everything they need to live happily and comfortably. In the coming years, Ms. Mauricio hopes to open a second facility and serve more individuals within her region.
