Furthermore, he worked with Cigna in 2020 as a senior financial analyst and planner, and he operated with AT&T Inc. from 1999 to 2017, during which time he held several noteworthy positions, having originally joined as an assistant manager and later becoming the lead financial systems analyst for the company. At the onset of his career, Mr. Rada was a compensation reviewer for Prudential Financial between 1997 and 1998.
As part of his dedication to his profession, Mr. Rada has also worked alongside several pertinent organizations throughout his career, including Filipino American Communication Employees, which he was the chief executive officer and national president of from 2016 to 2019. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, he pursued a formal education at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and criminal justice in 1996. Well-regarded for his practiced expertise, Mr. Rada was previously honored with the Presidential Volunteer Service Award from former President Barack Obama from 2013 to 2019.
In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Rada has largely attributed his success to his humble upbringing and his faith. Accounting for his achievements, he is particularly proud to have led the Filipino American Communication Employees during his tenure as president. In the coming years, Mr. Rada hopes to eventually lead his own team and division, in addition to mentoring and consulting with other companies.
