Prior to this position, he served as the chief financial officer for AIDS Arms Inc. dba Prism Health North Texas between 2003 and 2022. He previously worked for Dallas County, Texas, as a grants manager from 2001 to 2003 and a program monitor from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Kouame began his career as a grants analyst for Dallas County from 1996 to 1998.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Kouame pursued an education at St. Mary’s University, from which he obtained a Master of Business Administration in finance and financial management services in 1983. He additionally earned his certification as a public accountant. As a testament to his exemplary endeavors, he was nominated for the CFO Award by AIDS Arms Inc. in 2015 and 2022. Attributing his success to his dedication to self-improvement and preparing himself for any opportunity he may encounter, he is proud to have increased the employment rate and budget of AIDS Arms Inc., increasing the employment by over 200 employees and raising the budget to $125 million. In the coming years, Mr. Kouame hopes to become a government consultant and continue building Anan Gaman LLC.
