With over 30 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Hearn-Stiffler has cultivated a career of excellence in the health care industry. A leader in health care strategies and physician education, she has operated as the chief executive officer of Germane Solutions since 2021. She originally joined the company in 2015 as a vice president. Additionally, in her endeavors as a yoga enthusiast, she has served as the owner of Om Shanti Yoga since 2009. At the onset of her career, Ms. Hearn-Stiffler excelled as a senior manager for Deloitte Consulting from 1993 to 2003.
As part of her commitment to her professional endeavors, Ms. Hearn-Stiffler maintains her affiliation with the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Women Presidents Organization. Prior to embarking on her vocational journey, she pursued a formal education, becoming a registered nurse in 1987 and ultimately achieving a Master of Business Administration in strategy, operations and marketing at the University of Cincinnati in 1993. To commemorate her accomplishments in the field, she was recently named in the Forbes Top 10 Entrepreneurs to Watch in Healthcare in 2022.
