John F. Moore, co-founder, investor and fractional chief financial officer at RaaS99, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of finances.
With more than 30 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Moore is a proven leader in the field of business administration and finances. Throughout his time in his profession, he has operated in several key leadership positions for various businesses in the health care industry, notably serving as a co-founder, lead investor, and fractional chief financial officer for RaaS99 from 2019 until his recent retirement in March 2023. Based in Austin, Texas, the local, community-driven public health start up and cancer recovery platform has been well-regarded for its dedication to providing personalized care to those in need. In his leadership roles, Mr. Moore developed and managed various financial components for the organization, including budgets, funding scenarios and staffing analyses.
In his other prior work experiences, Mr. Moore served as the chief financial officer and chief operating officer for Intellicure LLC from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, between 2013 and 2014, he was a principal consultant for mergers and acquisitions at Catalyst Consulting. In his other leadership roles, he was the chief executive officer of Central Texas OB/GYN Associates PLLC from 2010 to 2012 and the chief operating officer of Austin Area Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Fertility from 2001 to 2010. At the onset of his career, Mr. Moore excelled as the chief financial officer for Southwest Art Magazine from 1991 to 1993.
Even in his retirement, Mr. Moore remains dedicated to his various professional endeavors in the field of health care, remaining active within the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and various sectors of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, he honorably served in the United States Army for six years, achieving the rank of sergeant prior to exiting his service. Furthermore, he pursued a formal education at Oklahoma State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1971. In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Moore is also a certified medical practice executive (CMPE), as recognized by the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
To commemorate his accomplishments in the field, Mr. Moore has been honored with several plaques of recognition from the Texas and Austin chapters of the MGMA. Additionally, his organization recently awarded him with a Retirement Plaque. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Moore has largely attributed his success to his persistence and consistency. In the coming years, he hopes to continue in his professional endeavors to help others however he can.
