Specializing in finance and compliance for applied technology solutions, he has served as the vice president of corporate finance for CTF BM Operations Ltd. since 2022, a role in which he guides the company through digital transformation, as it pertains to the core pillars of the business. Prior to his current appointment, he excelled as the director of finance for the Baha Mar branch of the company in the Bahamas from 2018 to 2022. Mr. Correa also previously worked with Meliá Hotels International in various leadership roles between 2006 and 2018.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Correa has successfully led his various companies to more than $2 million in profits and benefits, and he has trained more than 200 new financial leaders. Adjacent to his primary duties, he remains active as a public speaker for various professional forums. Prior to beginning his career, he pursued a formal education at Centro Universitário FMU, where he achieved a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management in 2002. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Correa attributes much of his success to his curiosity. Accounting for his achievements, he is particularly proud to have overseen many successful international hotel projects throughout his time in the field.
