In 2010, she completed the Municipal Administration Program with the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario. She concluded her higher education at the Western University Ivey Business School, graduating with an executive Master of Business Administration in 2018.
Alongside her formal degrees, Ms. Mann is eminently qualified in her field. She became a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt in 2017 and an Internal Auditor with Trigo Americas in 2011.
