Samuel “Tim” W. Meyer Jr., the director of property services at Northland, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of real estate.
Hailing from over 25 years of experience in his chosen field, Mr. Meyer has earned acclaim through his role at Northland, where he serves as the director of property services. In this capacity, he leverages his deep expertise with commercial properties in the management of almost 20 properties with approximately 35 buildings. In addition to his adjacent role at Ouellet Associates Inc. as a superintendent, Mr. Meyer previously utilized his skills in construction and commercial development at PM Construction Co. Inc., where he served as a superintendent from 2011 to 2013, having held a similar role at Benchmark between 1999 and 2011.
Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Meyer is most proud to have played a role in the restoration of the Baxter Library, which was originally constructed in 1888. In more recent years, he is also gratified to have retained all of his tenants during the COVID-19 pandemic. In accounting for his overall success, he largely credits his penchant for honesty, as well as his enthusiasm and passion for his industry. Looking toward the future, Mr. Meyer aspires to gradually scale back his professional responsibilities and find additional time for leisure and time spent with his family. Additionally, he hopes to become more involved in volunteerism, and hopes to explore opportunities to build houses for the Wounded Warriors organization.
