Ms. Troise began her career with the company in 1957, serving as a secretary until 1964. From 1965 to 1969, she was a corporate secretary and director of William G. Moore & Son Inc. of Delaware.
Ms. Troise began her professional pursuits as a stenographer-secretary for the General Electric Company in Waterford, New York, from 1951 to 1952. From 1952 to 1954, she was a secretary with Taft Hotel and Republic Pictures, and from 1954 to 1957, she served as a secretary for Walter Schneider Associates Inc. As a successful lumber company executive, Ms. Troise received a Bridges to Success Award from Chemical Bank and was named a New Jersey Business Icon in 2022.
Alongside her formal roles, Ms. Troise has maintained affiliation with multiple professional organizations related to her career. She is a member of the American Wood Protection Association, the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association, the Railway Tie Association and the National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association (NRCMA). In the future, she hopes to retire and pass her business on to her granddaughter and nephew.
In recognition of her professional excellence, Ms. Troise was selected for inclusion in the 15th and 16th editions of Who’s Who of American Women. She was also featured in the Marquis Who’s Who Millennium Magazine. In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf, reading, and listening to music.
