Kimberly C. Hollie, Principal Consultant at Prévoyance Leadership Consulting, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in leadership development.
Ms. Hollie has excelled as the principal consultant for Prévoyance Leadership Consulting since 2020. She previously found success as an educator at the Greater Boston Academy between 2015 and 2018. She served as a teacher at the Cincinnati Junior Academy between 2008 and 2011 before she advanced to become the principal between 2011 and 2014, a role she held alongside her commitments in the classroom. Ms. Hollie further worked as an assistant instructor at Hoffman Middle School, which is part of the Aldine Independent School District, from 2007 to 2008. In 2001, she contributed to the Tidewater Adventist Academy as a substitute teacher until 2002.
Attributing her success to her family and faith in God, Ms. Hollie has accrued three degrees and is pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership in strategic foresight from Regent University. At Tidewater Community College, she garnered an Associate of Science in 2002. Following this accomplishment, Ms. Hollie earned a Bachelor of Science in biology education from Oakwood University in 2006. She graduated with a Master of Education in educational leadership, summa cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati in 2011.
Ms. Hollie has been affiliated with many organizations, including the Association of Professional Futurists, the Association for Middle-Level Education, the National Alliance of Black School Educators, the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., the National Science Teachers Association and the Worthington Adventist Academy, for which she has been recruited to the school board. In 2023, she was appointed to the Chief’s Advisory Committee for the City of Dublin, Ohio. Additionally, she holds a certificate in non-profit administration, which she obtained from the University of Cincinnati in 2014.
In the upcoming years, Ms. Hollie has ambitions to grow her business and accept more clients. She cites earning her doctorate as her most notable accomplishment. When she is not working, she dedicates her time to running marathons and her large family.
