With over 20 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Federici has excelled as partner and co-chair of private investment funds at Stradley Ronon since 2022. He began his career as a trader at Heartland Securities from 2000 to 2002. He later served as an associate at several corporate and financial services law firms, including Lowey Dannenberg Bemporad Selinger & Cohen, P.C. in 2007, Gilbride, Tusa, Last & Spellane LLC from 2008 to 2012, Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP from 2012 to 2013, Marino Partners LLP from 2014 to 2018, and Sadis & Goldberg LLP from 2018 to 2022. 

Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Federici pursued an education at Lafayette College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in government and law in 2000. He continued his academic efforts at Fordham University School of Law, from which he obtained a Juris Doctorate in 2006. His areas of expertise include fund formation, hedge funds, private investment funds, and private equity funds.

In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Federici remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his field. He was a member of the New York Alternative Investment Roundtable, the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance, and the Brunswick’s Alumni Development Council. He was also active as a board member of the Brunswick School Alumni Association. In light of his impressive undertakings, he has accrued several accolades throughout his career, including recognition as a semifinalist in Saint John’s University School of Law National Civil Rights Trial Competition in 2004. In the immediate future, he intends to continue growing his practice and his client base.
