Previously, he worked as the associate vice president of business development at Genpact between 2016 and 2021. He served as a portfolio manager and director at Majesco from 2015 to 2016. He contributed as a program manager at Birlasoft between 2005 and 2010 before advancing to account manager between 2010 and 2015. He began his career as a software engineer at SumTotal Systems from 2004 to 2005.
Attributing his success to finding innovative solutions to common problems, Mr. Manam utilized this skill to obtain a Master of Business Administration in international business from the Balaji Institute of Modern Management in 2007. Additionally, he graduated with a Master of Computer Applications from the University of Madras in 2002. He procured a professional certification in project management from the Project Management Institute in 2012 and became a certified scrum master by the Scrum Alliance in 2013.
Mr. Manam is dedicated to staying positive so he can better assist customers and contribute to the modernization of the insurance industry through technology. He continues to gain knowledge in the field through his membership with the Project Management Institute. Tech Mahindra recently presented him with the Employee of the Year Award.
Looking toward the future, Mr. Manam aims to reach the peak of professional accomplishment. He would also like to aid customers in lowering their insurance premiums by cutting costs for companies through technological improvements. When he is not working, he dedicates his time and attention to his family, hiking, traveling, bowling, and playing cricket.
