Mr. Davis began his career as an assistant manager with Hy-Vee, Inc. from 2006 to 2010.
To support his professional ambitions, Mr. Davis obtained a diploma from the Blue Ridge Christian School in 2008, his certification as an Apartment Leasing Professional from the National Apartment Association in 2018 and his certification as an apartment manager from the National Apartment Association in 2020. Managing properties that have been rated in the Top 1 Percent by J. Turner as well as a Neighborhood Fave by Nextdoor, he was further recognized as the Outstanding Leasing Consultant of the Year by Maxus Properties Inc. and RentVision, LLC in 2018 and 2019. He attributes his success to the support of his superior, which helped him gain his confidence in the field. In the coming years, Mr. Davis hopes to advance in an administrative position and handle larger properties in his field.
